A FEW WORDS ABOUT SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US and LINER NOTES:
    1. I did the research and was disappointed to learn (by actually sending the things) that it costs between $17 and $20 to send ONE single CD to UK or Europe (or anywhere outside N. America, and $14 to Canada, which I think is outrageous!), One way to reduce the shipping is to go in with several friends to buy more than one at a time, since the shipping cost is the same for multiple CDs. Plus you can get a discount after two if you buy them from me directly.
    2. The liner notes are on the 5 wallet images themselves. In addition, both the digital booklet and EXPANDED liner notes are available online. For both quantity discount and liner notes, see the MVO webpage: davidgreenbergviolinist.com/mvo.
